Youth and Adult Programs

We offer a variety of programs for youth and adults alike. You can register online for any program, call us, or visit our reception desk in person.

  • CheckMates (ages 6+): Participants will learn the game of chess and make new friends with the similar interest.
  • Fit Factory Small Group Training: A small group training program to spice up your old workout routines.
  • Learn Photography (ages 13+): Become a shutterbug in no time with this beginners course.
  • Learn to Play Pickleball (ages 13+): Learn the basics of pickleball. Equipment is available to use during the program.
  • Learn Ukulele (ages 16+): Learn a new instrument and learn to play some great tunes.
  • Strength Training for Active Aging (ages 13+): Build muscle, improve balance, and increase mobility.
  • Prenatal Yoga: Strengthen your core, improve your posture, balance and confidence while getting to know other parents.

Triathlon programs

  • Adult Triathlon Swim (ages 15+): Level one and Level two: If you're interested in triathlons and don't know where to start, or you're looking for more challenge we offer two great programs to suit your swim level.
  • Youth Triathlon Swim (ages 9 to 14): want to learn how to swim faster, but not sure where to start? We'll help you!
