How to book a room
To book a room at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, please complete your booking online. One time facility rentals are not eligible for a refund. One alternative date change is permitted, where available.

Submitted applications are requests only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or space availability.
Rental cancellation request
A request to cancel a rental is required in writing by emailing rentals@brantford.ca a minimum of 14 days prior to rental date; otherwise the rental must be paid in full.
