How to book a room
To book a room at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, please fill out the City of Brantford Rental Application below. Submitted applications are requests only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or availability. Rentals booked 14 days in advance of the rental start date requested and once confirmed, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rental cancellation request
A request to cancel a rental is required in writing by emailing rentals@brantford.ca a minimum of 14 days prior to rental date; otherwise the rental must be paid in full.
