We have a wide variety of fitness rooms available for you to rent. We also offer team training.

Each room has a variety of equipment including:

• Kettle bells and medicine balls
• Mats
• Spin bikes
• TRX Training system
• Exercise balls and bands balls

Team training

We also offer sports team training which includes the room rental and a personal trainer.

How to book a fitness room

To book ice or the arena floor during applicable times, please fill out the City of Brantford Rental Application below. Submitted applications are requests only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or availability. Rentals booked 14 days in advance of the rental start date requested and once confirmed, is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rental cancellation request

A request to cancel a rental is required in writing by emailing rentals@brantford.ca a minimum of 14 days prior to rental date; otherwise the rental must be paid in full.
