Parent and Child Strollerfit
Recommended for babies 2 to 18 months.
All fitness levels are welcome! This class provides a supportive and inclusive environment for parents and care providers to bring their babies and focus on their individual fitness goals.
When registering, please register the adult for the program, not the child.
Fall 2026 and winter 2027 program registration dates:
- City of Brantford and Six Nations of the Grand River residents can register for Winter 2027 Programs (excluding swim lessons) on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:30 a.m.
- Registration opens to all on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 7:30 a.m.
