Pickleball Friendship Tournament

Grab your paddle and join us for a weekend of fun at the Pickleball Friendship Tournament! Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, all skill levels are welcome. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition and connect with fellow Pickleball enthusiasts.

This is a doubles tournament. Participants must be 13 years of age or older and register individually.

Tentative tournament schedule

Schedules for Saturday, May 31, 2025:

There will be a skills competition throughout the day. A separate sign-up will be required at check-in.

• 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Check-in
• 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Round Robin play

Schedules for Sunday, June 1, 2025:

There will be a skills competition finals and awards ceremony.

• 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Remaining round robin matches and playoffs

Rules and regulations

• Standard USA Pickleball rules apply.
• Round Robin play within groups, with top 2 teams from each group advancing to playoffs.
• Scoring System: Standard point play to 11, win by 2.
• Game Format
  • Each match consists of one game to 11 in the round robin.
  • Finals are best of three matches to 11, win by 2.
• Tiebreakers for Round Robin:
  • Point differential
  • Total points scored
• Code of Conduct:
  • Players must display good sportsmanship.
  • No aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior will be tolerated.
• Equipment Requirements:
  • Approved paddles only (in line with USA Pickleball regulations). Participant must bring their own paddle.
  • Non-marking court shoes required.
• Court Rules:
  • Serve must be underhand and below waist level.
  • No volleying in the non-volley zone (kitchen).
  • Faults result in loss of serve or point awarded to opponent.
