We know that sometimes things come up and you need a refund for a day camp or program offered by us. View our policies below.

We cancel

We will issue a full refund if we cancel anything and will not charge you an admin fee.

Refund request

If you want a refund we need a minimum of five days-notice prior to the start of your program or day camp. An admin fee will apply. If it's after the five day notice period we will consider a refund up to the third class of a session or day camp for medical or compassionate reasons only. The refund will be prorated based on the number of classes or days already taken and you will be asked to pay an admin fee.

Admin Fee

A 15% administration fee will apply to all registered programs and activities and customer permit refund requests and rental cancellations. Credit Card refunds can be issued in person or by calling a City of Brantford Community Centre or the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre at 519-756-9900. The same credit card used for the original purchase must be the same card used to process the refund. Payments made in cash will be refunded by cheque or through an electronic funds transfer (EFT).
