PickupHub

The City of Brantford is excited to offer recreational sports programs through PickupHub. Easily find upcoming hockey games, reserve your spot, and pay securely online. Currently, bookings are not accepted in person or by calling the facility. PickupHub allows residents to view how many players are signed up and how many are needed for the game to run.

Games can be scheduled anywhere between four months in advance to a few hours before game time so be sure to check schedules online regularly. Occasionally, ice time becomes available at the last minute.

Players must bring their own equipment and arrive on time to avoid game delays. When booking online, please check game details for any special requirements.

Games cost $6.84 plus HST per person to reserve your spot. Goalies play for free!

Registration

Login to www.pickuphub.net to reserve your spot online and enjoy the game. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent directly to your inbox.

Waitlist options

If a game is full and no longer accepting registrations, consider logging in and adding your name to the wait list. Cancellations do occur, and waitlisted players will be notified by email with an option to register, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to register someone else

You can register a friend or family member online and reserve them a spot as long the registrant and the persons they are registering already has a PickupHub account created. To reserve a spot, login to PickupHub and from the Game page select “reserve for a friend”. Type in the name of the person you wish to register, then follow the prompts to make payment. 

Creating a new PickupHub account

1. Visit pickuphub.net
2. Click “Join” and create an account using your email or Google login.
3. Fill in your name, birthday, and other details, then agree to the terms.
4. Log in and browse games in your area.
5. Pick a game, reserve your spot, and pay online with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Visa debit.
6. Check your email for a confirmation and you’re ready to play.

Cancellations 

How to cancel a booking

To cancel a booking, login to your PickupHub account, go to “your bookings”, and follow the cancellation steps.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the game start time without a penalty.
• Charges will be applied for cancellations received less than 12 hours before the game.
• Some programs may be cancelled due to low registration. Attendees who have booked online will be notified and no payment will be required.
