Indoor Track
Our indoor track is the perfect place to get exercise. It provides a clean, dry space to be active, regardless of the weather outside. We do not permit any fitness equipment or personal training on the track at any time.
Hours
The Indoor Track is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Winter Hours (until May 31)
- 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Summer Hours (June 1 to August 31)
- 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Indoor track closures
Closures are subject to change based on events and facility closures. The indoor track will be closed to the public for the following timeframes:
GOJHL Brantford Titans Games
Thursday nights from September 2024 to March 2025 beginning at 6:00pm based on home game schedule.
Track and Field training
Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm beginning November 4, 2024 through to Monday, March 31, 2025.
Cost
The indoor track is free to use. Pre-registration and membership to the facility is not required.
Amenities
- Due to incidents of vandalism, washrooms adjacent to the indoor track are open Monday to Friday until 4:00 p.m. Main floor arena lobby washrooms are always open.
- Lockers are available. Please leave your valuables at home; we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Water fountains will be available for water bottle refills only.

Our indoor track is 7.51 laps per mile or 4.67 laps per km.
Indoor track direction
We want to make sure you have a safe visit so please follow our track directions:
- Counter clockwise running/walking Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Clockwise running/walking - Tuesday and Thursday
Indoor track pace
- Use the inside and middle lanes of the track to walk or lightly jog. If you want to jog at a medium or faster pace, use the outside lane. Pass in the outside lane only.
Rules
We want to make sure you have a safe visit so please follow our track rules:
- Be careful when you enter the track. The person in the lane has the right-of-way.
- Clean your shoes and stroller wheels before you use the track.
- Coaches and parent reps must be with your teams or clubs at all times, including warm ups.
- No sporting equipment permitted on the track or in any area off the track. This includes sticks, pucks, balls of any kind, skipping ropes, as well as activities that interfere with the people using the track for walking/jogging.
- If you are there to watch a sport, please don't block the track.
- If you have children 13 or under you must be with them on the track.
- If you need a rest, leave the track and use the benches provided. Don't stop on the track.
- Make sure you lock your personal belongings in a locker. We are not responsible for your lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Respect staff instruction.
- When you walk or run make sure you don't have more than one other person beside you.
