Weight Room
Our weight room has cardio, stretching, weight machines and free weight areas. It is bright, clean and accessible. If you're 13 years and over, and have a facility pass you should give it a try! If you are new to the weight room, our certified staff can show you the ropes in a free 30 minute orientation.

- Monday 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Thursday 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday 5:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Weight room orientation
Call us or let us know when you stop by, and we'll book an appointment to show you around the weight room and show you how to safely use the equipment. It usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. When you come in for your appointment wear your workout attire and proper running shoes.
