Team Training
Our training sessions will help bring your team together through group learning, camaraderie, and fun!
You can choose from a wide variety of our team training programs. The sessions held in our dryland training room are the most popular. We also have unique cross training such as water running, spinning and yoga. It's key to building your athletic skills.
We have certified trainers from different backgrounds and training experiences. They will work closely with you to develop programs based on your team goals. They will go the extra mile to teach your team about how their body works and how to train safely so that they can look forward to a lifetime of sports.
What's included
We can help your athletes grow by creating team training that include:
- age appropriate skill development
- endurance
- flexibility and core strength
- injury prevention
- nutrition and body composition (ages 16 and over)
- pre and post-season fitness testing
- speed and agility
- strength and power
Rates and rooms
The cost is $59.75 plus room rate per hour session. Tax included. The fee includes a certified trainer and a choice of different room locations based on what is available. Room choices include:
- Dryland Training Room ($42.00)
- Fitness Studio ($42.00)
- Gymnasium ($39.00 [Monday to Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.]; $60.00 [Monday to Friday, after 4 p.m. weekends and all holidays])
- Indoor track ($34.00)
- Spin Studio ($42.00)
Pre and post season fitness testing
Our certified trainers will complete testing for your team in strength, flexibility, cardiovascular ability and endurance. There is also a body composition analysis using a bio-impedance measure for any athletes 16 or over. A maximum of 10 athletes per session. Please call us for rates and more information.
