Personal training
Our personal trainers are here to help you reach your health and wellness goals. All programs begin with a broad initial assessment including body composition and fitness testing. This helps us understand where you currently are, so that we can build a custom-made plan to successfully get you to where you want to be. Our certified professional trainers will guide you throughout the process in a supportive setting. We will help track your work outs, offer basic nutritional advice, and give you ongoing assessments to keep track of your results.
Personal and Small Group Training services are available at this time. If you're interested in coming back to the gym while sticking within your "social bubble" then small group training (3 to 8 people maximum) is a great option! You can pick a time that suits your group (depending on room availability).

Get started
- Book your free fitness meeting with our certified and expert trainer to talk about your goals, your needs, and your timeline.
- Select a personal trainer that you feel is right for you! We provide background information on each trainer to help you make this decision.
- Pick a package that suits your budget and schedule. We can do a 60 minute session or two 30 minute sessions if that works better for you. You can even train with a buddy and split the cost!
- Come to your first session dressed in your workout gear and ready to complete your initial assessment which includes a body composition and basic fitness testing. It will take about an hour. Wear your comfortable clothes and sneakers. We'll show you around our weight room too.
