Youth and Adult Programs
We offer a variety of programs for youth and adults alike. You can register online for any program, call us, or visit our reception desk in person.
- CheckMates (ages 6+): Participants will learn the game of chess and make new friends with the similar interest.
- Fit Factory Small Group Training: A small group training program to spice up your old workout routines.
- Four Week Fitness Fix: Twice weekly workouts to push your limits and redefine your fitness goals.
- Learn Photography (ages 13 and over): Become a shutterbug in no time with this beginners course.
- Learn Ukulele (ages 16 and over): Learn a new instrument and learn to play some great tunes.
- Strength Training Fundamentals: Learn fundamental movements, exercise techniques and program design.
- Strength Training for Active Aging: Build muscle, improve balance, and increase mobility.
- Try Blind Sports! (ages 6 and over): Join and gain experience in four different blind sports in a fun and supportive environment.
- Prenatal Yoga: Strengthen your core, improve your posture, balance and confidence while getting to know other parents.
Triathlon programs
- Adult Triathlon Swim: Level one and Level two: If you're interested in triathlons and don't know where to start, or you're looking for more challenge we offer two great programs to suit your swim level.
