Triathlon Programs
We offer a number of triathlon programs for youth and adults. If you register for both the Triathlon Swim and Triathlon Bike and Run programs in the same session, you will have the chance to race against other participants at the end of the program!
- Youth Triathlon Bike and Run: alternate weeks of biking using spin bikes and running on the indoor track to improve your fitness level
- Youth Triathlon Swim: a fun, team like setting, where kids will learn skills and build endurance in swimming, biking (indoors) and running.
- Adult Triathlon Bike and Run: Learn the basics of swimming, biking (indoor), and running to prep you for a full indoor triathlon.
- Adult Triathlon Swim: if you have past triathlon or swimming experience and want to challenge yourself to prepare for your next race this is for you!
