Strength Training for Active Aging
18 years and over (you must be turning the minimum age during the program)
Level 1 is an introductory program is designed for adults who are new to strength training or returning after a break. In this small group setting, you will learn safe, effective exercises to build muscle, improve balance, and increase mobility. A certified trainer will provide personalized exercises to increase your strength, reduce your fall risk, and guide you towards overall better health.
Level 2 focuses on advancing your strength and stability with more challenging exercises and techniques. Continue building muscle, enhancing balance, and improving functional movement for everyday life. You will progress safely while maintaining joint health and reducing injury risk.
