You can lead a healthy and fun lifestyle and still spend time with your little one in our parent and baby programs.
- Parent and Child Explore Sports and Movement (parents with their children ages 2 to 5): kids explore a variety of sports in the gymnasium
- Parent and Child Pool Fitness (caregivers with their babies 4 to 18 months): a pool fitness class with your baby (formally known as Baby Waves)
- Parent and Child Strollerfit (caregivers with their babies 2 to 18 months): a strength building and cardio class for you and your little one
- Parent and Child Yoga (parents with their babies 2 to 18 months): a yoga class designed around you and your little one
- Prenatal Yoga: strengthen your core, improve your posture, balance and confidence while getting to know other parents.
- Family Paint Night (all ages): Create a beautiful work of art together as a family, in a fun and easy way
