Fitness for Future Moms
13 years and over (you must be turning the minimum age during the program)
Through this program, you can stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy. It is taught by a certified pre-natal trainer who help teach you safe exercises that are tailored to your ability level and stage of pregnancy. You will use a variety of light equipment to improve overall body strength, core stability, balance, posture, coordination and body awareness. Special focus will be given to exercises that enhance pelvic floor and connection with your baby.
