The hydrotherapy pool reopens February 14, 2022

We are excited to announce the popular hydrotherapy pool will be reopening on Monday, February 14, 2022. The pool temperature is approximately 96 to 98 degrees and offers steps for easy entry, benches and a bubbler (not available during the Warm Water Workout class). 

Pre-registration is required for Warm Water Workout pool fitness classes at brantford.ca/RecConnect each Wednesday beginning at 7:00 a.m. for the following week. Drop-in hours is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Hydrotherapy drop-in hours

The hydrotherapy pool capacity is limited to six swimmers at one time. Note that these capacity limits may change without notice due to updates to current Provincial guidelines.

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Warm Water Workout schedule 

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
