Revised pool schedules will be in effect for swim meet November 1 to 3, 2024

The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is pleased to host the Brantford Aquatic Club Short Course Invitational Swim Meet taking place from Friday, November 1 to Sunday, November 3, 2024. The 65-metre pool will be closed and revised swimming and pool fitness schedules will be in effect. Swim Lessons are not scheduled. The sauna will be closed November 1 to 3, 2024 during the swim meet. 

Revised schedules on Friday, November 1, 2024:

All regularly scheduled programming will run as usual until 2:30 p.m. with exception to the 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Aquafit class which will be held in the 25 metre pool.

• 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Length Swim, 25 metre pool
• 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Length Swim, 25 metre pool
• 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED
• 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hydrotherapy Drop-in

Revised schedules on Saturday, November 2, 2024:

• 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hydrotherapy Pool Drop-in
• 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED
• 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Public Swim is CANCELLED
• 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Aquafit is CANCELLED
• 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED

Revised schedules on Sunday, November 3, 2024:

• 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED
• 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hydrotherapy Pool Drop-in
• 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Family Swim is CANCELLED
• 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED

The 65-metre pool temperature may be slightly lower for a few days before and after the swim meet. Due to the cooler temperatures Aquafit will be moved to the 25-metre pool from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Monday, November 4, 2024.
