Refunds

We know that sometimes things come up and you need a refund for a day camp or program offered by us. View our policies below.

We cancel

We will issue a full refund if we cancel anything and will not charge you an admin fee.

Refund request

If you want a refund we need a minimum of five days-notice prior to the start of your program or day camp. An admin fee will apply. If it's after the five day notice period we will consider a refund up to the third class of a session or day camp for medical or compassionate reasons only. The refund will be prorated based on the number of classes or days already taken and you will be asked to pay an admin fee.

Admin Fee

Our admin fee is 15% or $25. We only charge you the lesser fee and we will apply it to the prorated amount. We issue refunds by the original form of payment or over the phone at any Parks and Recreation facility. You must provide the credit card that matches the account name in the registration system. You must show us the receipt in person for us to process a refund if the credit card and account information do not match.
