We have expanded our weekend swim schedules this summer

We are thrilled to share that we have added even more swims to our summer weekend schedules! The following additional swims will be offered from July 5 to August 31, 2025.

Additional swims on Saturdays:

• 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Family Swim (25-metre pool)
• 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Public Swim (25-metre pool)
• 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Length Swim (65-metre pool mid-section)

Additional swims on Sundays:

• 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm Length Swim (65-metre pool)

Don't miss our new Beyond the Mat Pop-up Yoga Series in July

Be sure to take advantage of our new Beyond the Mat pop-up Yoga Series Wednesdays in July from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. Take time for yourself and enjoy a  series of relaxing yoga classes that goes deeper through music, movement and strength. Revised pool schedules will be in effect for scheduled maintenance from June 9 to 20, 2025

UPDATE: We are pleased to share that the required maintenance has been completed earlier than expected. The 65-metre pool and change rooms, Warm Water Pool and sauna are now open regularly scheduled hours. Find current schedules online at calendar.waynegretzkysportscentre.ca

Register for Summer Swim Lessons beginning June 18, 2025

Summer Swim Lessons will be offered at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and Woodman Pool (491 Grey Street) in July and August. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Swim lesson schedules are now viewable online at www.Brantford.ca/ACTIVEnet.

Join us in celebrating International Yoga Day with a free class

The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is celebrating International Yoga Day on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Drop in and find your inner peace with a free yoga class from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the second floor fitness studio. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, everyone is welcome. A selection of mats, blocks, and straps will be available for participants to use. Space is limited. We suggest arriving early to avoid disappointment.
