Schedule changes for Brantford-County of Brant 2023 Ontario 55+ Summer Games

The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is pleased to be a venue for the Brantford-County of Brant 2023 Ontario 55+ Summer Games from August 9 to 11, 2023. Please note the following schedule changes that will be in place to accommodate the athletic competitions taking place in the facility. Regular schedules will resume on August 12, 2023.

Tourism Information Desk: open 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition: open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Please note the following schedule changes that will be in place for the Civic Holiday on Monday August 7, 2023. The building will close to the public at 5:00 p.m.

Summer is around the corner so it’s a good time to think about improving safety in and around water. Register online for Summer Swim Lessons beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. We are pleased to host the Provincial Waterpolo Tournament on May 13 and 14, 2023. Swim lessons will run as scheduled. View changes to schedules on Saturday, May 13 below. 

• 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Length Swim is CANCELLED
• 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Aquafit takes place in the 25m pool
• 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hydrotherapy Pool is OPEN
• 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Public Swim takes place in the 25m pool only
