The women's 25m changeroom is closed temporarily

The 25m women's change room is undergoing necessary maintenance and as a result will be closed until further notice. We kindly ask that patrons use another appropriate change room in the meantime.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Revised pool schedules will be in effect for the BAC Swim Meet February 2 to 4, 2024

The Brantford Aquatic Club's Long Course Challenge swim meet will be taking place from February 2 to 4, 2024. The 65m pool will be closed February 2 to 4. The sauna will be closed beginning at 1:30 p.m. on February 2 and reopen on Monday, February 5, 2024. Swimming lessons are not scheduled. You can view revised swimming and pool fitness schedules below.

• 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Hydrotherapy Pool
• 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Length Swim
• 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Shallow Water walking

Aquatics and Fitness Programming Open House on January 18, 2024

Join Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre staff and Ward 3 Councillors Greg Martin and Dan McCreary to learn about recent facility and program updates and to share your ideas on ways we can improve your experience. 

The Aquatics and Fitness Programming Open House takes place on Thursday January 18, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Tournament Meeting Room which is located closest to the west arena entrance.

65m pool change room notice for January 10, 2024

On Wednesday January 10, 2024 we kindly ask visitors to please use the 25m pool change rooms located next to the pool reception desk. The 65m pool change rooms will be closed all day or scheduled maintenance of the showers. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

The City introduces new Weight Room membership and 55+ Pickleball Pass in 2024

Brantford, ON – The City of Brantford’s Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is pleased to announce the introduction of a new Weight Room membership to the community and the Brantford Pickleball Pass for adults ages 55 and over. The Brantford Pickleball Pass is available to those aged 55 or over that renew or purchase a Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre Facility Membership in 2024. The Brantford Pickleball Pass allows unlimited access to scheduled pickleball programming at City facilities.
