Dryland Training

The Dryland Training room contains equipment for sports training.  It is home to the Synrgy360 which offers stations for interval and strength training exercises.  Mats, weights and sports specific training equipment are available for your use.

  • 06:30-07:30 pm - SYNRGY circuit

Tuesday

  • 11:30-12:30 pm - Strollerfit Bootcamp (registered program)
  • 04:00-05:00 pm - Essential Cross Training for Young Athletes (registered program)
  • 05:15-06:15 pm - Personal Group Training (registered program)
  • 07:45-08:45 pm - Body Rock Bootcamp (registered program)

Wednesday

  • 06:30-07:30 pm - SYNRGY Bootcamp

Thursday

  • 11:30-12:30 pm - Strollerfit Bootcamp (registered program)
